damnation Debra…. ya can’t get overweight by eating salad… throw in a salad once in a freaking while with maybe 3 oz of tuna fish on top!!! … at least the past couple of days you have eaten some fruit…. meat, fish, veggies, fruit – all whole and unprocessed damn it!!!
what did we talk about goals earlier? weight loss is not a goal…. climbing a mountain is a goal…. what is your goal? …. I say this with green and white pom-poms flapping at my waist….
Damnation Adam…don’t expect rah rahs…I know when I am not eating well, but you cannot get rid of everything all at once. I will omit oyster crackers after my box is gone–not in the house so cannot eat them. However, MW popcorn is probably here to stay.
you know me… I will not cheerlead you…. I’ll write what I think, so don’t expect me to do the “rah rah” thing…. loosing weight is brutal – nothing but…. ya can’t sugarcoat it….
